Brandon Snodgrass opened Snodgrass Law Firm, PLC in September 2005 with a focus on representing consumer debtors in Chapter 7 & 13 Bankruptcy. Mr. Snodgrass has gained extensive experience in the bankruptcy court and federal court system and has expanded his practice into representing consumers in lawsuits relating to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending, and a variety of cases regarding Virginia Consumer Protection Act. Mr. Snodgrass has extensive knowledge of these consumer areas of law and the federal court system.

Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Snodgrass was an attorney with Morefield and Largen, PLC in Abingdon and Wytheville, VA representing clients in Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation cases and personal injury claims.

Mr. Snodgrass attended Oklahoma City University School of Law graduating in May 2001. Mr. Snodgrass attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville graduating in 1995.

Mr. Snodgrass is Admitted to the Virginia State Bar; United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia and Eastern District of Tennessee; United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia and Eastern District of Tennessee; Member of the Washington County Bar Association, Member of the Southwestern Virginia Bankruptcy Association, Member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) with an “A Rating” , Member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates

As a former Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney for Washington County, Virginia, Mr. Felty has experience prosecuting everything from speeding tickets to serious felonies. With his experience from both sides of the fence, prosecution and defense, Mr. Felty has gained extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system's expectations and procedures. This experience puts Mr. Felty in a unique position to be able to defend individuals more completely, effectively and efficiently.

Prior to becoming a prosecuting attorney, Mr. Felty was a law clerk to the Honorable Justice, now Chief Justice, Cynthia D. Kinser, of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Mr. Felty gained vast experience in legal research and writing,, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues of law.

Mr. Felty attended the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, was Managing/Business Editor of the Law Review, competed in national competitions as a member of the Moot Court team, was a Research Assistant to Professor Priscilla Harris, and was Vice President of the Criminal Law Society.
